Acceptance of Terms

Platform Usage Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using an unauthorised payment method or one belonging to another person is a serious breach of these terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

For withdrawals, account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Gacor is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our control, including technical issues on the part of banks or payment providers. If you encounter any transaction-related issues, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Taxes & Charges

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to winnings or income earned through the gacor platform, in accordance with Malaysian tax laws in force. gacor does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for any tax obligations incurred by users.

However, this limitation of liability does not affect user rights guaranteed under Malaysian consumer protection law. In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or transactions, gacor will investigate and resolve the matter fairly based on available system records.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gacor platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of gacor or our licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any gacor platform content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of platform content is permitted subject to certain conditions.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
